运行效率直接关系林农专业合作社发展的可持续性。合作社法自其颁布以来出现了井喷式的发展,如何提高合作社运行效率即合作社效率机理为学界和全社会所关注。文章以林农专业合作社为具体研究对象,在实证调研的基础上,用事实和数据尝试探索合作社运行效率的影响因素。研究方法选择TOBIT回归模型分析合作社运行效率影响因素。研究结论提出合作社的制度建设对于合作社运行效率的提高至关重要。
Operating efficiency has a direct bearing on the sustainability of the development of forest farmer cooperatives. Since the promulgation of the Law on Cooperatives, there has been a spurt-style development. How to improve the efficiency of cooperatives, that is, the efficiency mechanism of cooperatives, is of concern to academics and the whole society. Based on the empirical research, this paper tries to explore the influential factors of the cooperative operating efficiency based on facts and data. Research Methods TOBIT regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of cooperative operating efficiency. The conclusion of the research suggests that the system construction of cooperatives is very important for the improvement of cooperative operating efficiency.
