近日,经过全国人大常委会的三次审议,《中华人民共和国侵权责任法》(草案)已在中国人大网公布,向社会公开征集意见。由于草案中第三十六条以两款篇幅规定了:网站如果知道网民利用其网络服务侵害他人民事权益,而又没有删除这些内容的,将与该网民承担连带责任,而被网友议论为是有可能终结“人肉搜索”的条款。在互联网的方方面面都饱受争议的今天,“人肉搜索”这一互联网的特有现象,会不会步P2P的后尘呢?
