新课程标准倡导体育教学要秉承“健康第一”的理念,促进学生身心全面发展。因此,旧时传统低效的教学方法已难以贴合教学进度。关注学生的个体差异,满足每一个学生的个体需求和发展需要,让每一学生的潜都能够有所发挥,都能拥有收获成功的机会。本文主要分析了影响高中体育教学有效性的几点因素,并藉此提出了改善体育教学效益的相关建议,以期促进高中体育教学有序开展。
The new curriculum standards advocate that physical education should uphold the concept of “health first” and promote students’ all-round development of body and mind. Therefore, the old traditional inefficient teaching methods have been difficult to fit the teaching progress. Concerned about the individual differences of students to meet the individual needs of each student and development needs, so that each student can exert their potential, can have a chance of success. This article mainly analyzes several factors that affect the effectiveness of PE teaching in senior high schools and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the PE teaching efficiency so as to promote the orderly development of PE teaching in senior high schools.
