当前我国酒店产业已经进入到一个新的发展阶段,随着酒店企业数量的不断增多和规模的不断扩大,酒店企业间的竞争日益激烈。国内酒店企业间已经由较为初级的基本价格的竞争发展到服务质量的竞争,进而上升到企业文化的竞争层次上,构建酒店自身特色的企业文化已经提到酒店企业重要的议事日程。加强对酒店的企业文化构建问题的研究具有重要的意义。本文简要介绍了酒店的企业文化基本涵义、内在结构及主要特性,深入阐述了构建酒店的企业文化的重要意义,深刻分析了我国酒店的企业文化存在的主要问题,研究提出了进一步构建酒店的企业文化的对策和建议。
At present, China’s hotel industry has entered a new stage of development. With the continuous increase in the number of hotel companies and the ever-expanding scale, the competition among hotel companies is becoming increasingly fierce. Domestic hotel companies have been from the relatively basic basic price competition to the quality of service competition, and then rose to the competitive level of corporate culture, building the hotel’s own unique corporate culture has been referred to the hotel business important agenda.
