患者男,51岁。因原发性高血病(Ⅲ期),脑血栓形成后遗症期,脑动脉硬化症,慢性支气管炎急发,右侧肩周炎,于1992年8月1日入院。入院后给青霉素,维脑路通、丹参、生脉注射液静滴,对症处理5天后,咳嗽,咯痰好转,仍述头昏痛,左下肢乏力。入院第6天停用维脑路通、丹参、生脉注谢液,以青霉素抗感染,加用精制蝮蛇抗拴酶—3号(Svate—3)治疗(药品来源于大连司威特制药有限公司)。用法:0.9％N·S300ml+Svate—31U40滴/分,每日1次,治疗1周后头昏痛及左下肢肌力有一定好转,
