科学传播系统是一种信息和知识传播系统,对于大众媒介的科学传播,既要遵循媒体的传播规律,又要符合科学本身的特点,才能实施有效传播。但是今天大众媒介在科学传播过程中已经出现众多的问题,由此便使科学技术信息在从拥有者向接受者传递的过程中,产生了科学技术信息的失效现象,影响了科学技术信息的传递和扩散,从而引发一系列问题。而其中最根本的原因,则在于大众媒介社会责任感的缺失。
