作为一家以工程起重机为主营业务的企业,目前B公司的分销渠道面临几大问题,本文在分析问题成因的基础上,通过对营销保障中心作用的阐述来分析B公司分销渠道建设之路。
As an enterprise with construction cranes as its main business, currently B’s distribution channels face several major problems. Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems, this paper analyzes the role of the marketing protection center to analyze the B company’s distribution channel construction.
