一、前言盐水喷雾试验,是摸拟海洋性气侯而进行的。海洋气侯的特征:平均相对湿度约80%,温度随季节规律变化;经常(特别是晚上)有含有盐份的空气自海洋吹来。我们知道,氯离子对金属氧化物有极大的破坏作用。在沿海地区,由于海风中含有盐份,因此腐蚀速度较大。法国海洋腐蚀试验站试验报导,钢在海洋地区的腐蚀速率比远离海岸的热带地区要大14~19倍。由此可见,考虑防锈材料的抗盐雾能力,是具有实际意义的。
I. Introduction Salt spray test is conducted to simulate the marine climate. The characteristics of the marine climate: the average relative humidity of about 80%, the temperature changes with the seasons; often (especially at night) with salt air from the ocean blowing. We know that chloride ions have a great damaging effect on metal oxides. In the coastal areas, the corrosion rate is higher due to the salt content in the sea breeze. French marine corrosion test station test reported that the corrosion rate of steel in the marine area 14 to 19 times larger than the tropical areas away from the coast. This shows that considering the anti-salt spray anti-rust material capacity is of practical significance.
