国务院《大气污染防治行动计划》于2013年9月正式上网公布,行动计划不仅提出了大气污染防治的具体指标,而且还推出十个方面具体措施,目标明确、内容详实、措施有力,充分体现了政府防治大气污染的坚定决心。近年来,大气污染问题日益受到社会关注,尤其是2012年冬天以来,中国多地连续出现大范围雾霾天气,大气污染形势颇为严峻。面对雾霾重重的天气,新一届政府组建后不到三个月,就从产业结构调整、淘汰落后产能、完善法律标准和区域联防等十个方面对大气治理作出要求,及时回应了社会的广泛关切。
