作为中国直销业的翘楚,安利从1959年创办至 今,已经走过了46个年头。从1992年进入中国至今 已有13年,关于它的是是非非一直绵绵不断。从来 没有一种营销方式,能引起人们如此大的兴趣,也 没有一种营销方式在人们中间引起过如此大的争议。 记者通过国内一家很有影响的搜索引擎输入“安利” 两个字时,得到的网页是776000页,如果用一天浏 览100个页面来算需要26年才可以看完。这足够说 明,安利已成为一种现象。 1998年4月21日,国务院颁布了《关于禁止传销经 营活动的通知》,对传销(包括直销)活动全面禁止。就 在通知出来后的两个月,安利(?)铺加雇用推销员的形式 重新开业。如今,安利公司在中国各地有150多个店铺, 营业额已达160亿元。这些业绩的取得除了安利的优质环 保的产品之外,恐怕绝大部分成绩应归功于活跃在全国各 地的18万营销队伍。这些数字充分表明安利已经把它的 销售网络深入到了中国大地的各个角落。而真正担纲起管 理这个庞大网络重任的正是它的奖金制度。
As a leader in China’s direct selling industry, Amway has been 46 years since its founding in 1959. It has been 13 years since it entered China in 1992, and its history has always been endless. There has never been a way of marketing that can arouse so much interest and none of these marketers have caused such controversy among people. Reporters through a very influential domestic search engine input “Amway” two words, the page is 776,000 pages, if the day to browse 100 pages to take 26 years to finish it. This shows enough, Amway has become a phenomenon. On April 21, 1998, the State Council promulgated the “Circular on the Prohibition of the Operation of MLM Business”, which prohibited the activities of MLM (including direct marketing) completely. Just two months after the notice came out, Amway (?) Re-opened the shop as a salesman. Today, Amway has more than 150 stores across China, with a turnover of 16 billion yuan. In addition to Amway’s high-quality and environmentally-friendly products, most of these achievements should be attributed to the 180,000 marketing teams active throughout the country. These figures fully show that Amway has been its sales network deep into every corner of the earth in China. And it is precisely its bonus system that really takes the heavy responsibility of managing this huge network.
