以高丛越橘“奥尼尔”的带芽茎段为外植体,采用组织培养技术,研究了不同配比的ZT、6-BA、NAA和IBA植物激素对高丛越橘“奥尼尔”外植体诱导的影响。结果表明:最佳的外植体消毒条件为0.1%HgCl_24min,萌芽率可达71.4%。腋芽诱导的初代培养宜用WPM+1.0mg/L ZT培养基,侧枝能够萌发,苗高4.7cm;适宜的增殖培养基为WPM+2.0mg/L ZT,增殖系数达到13.0;试管苗的生根培养基为1/2WPM+0.1mg/L IBA。当试管苗长至5cm出瓶移栽,成活率可达80%以上。
