本文叙述了结合东北黑龙江嫩江地区、海南岛地区八一农场及罗豆农场等地的土壤条件测定,用金相及扫描电镜对实际试验的犁铧、耙片和土壤磨粒的观测结果。结果表明犁铧、耙片等受土壤磨粒磨损的主要特征是擦伤类型的塑性变形(犁皱),犁皱的深度及特征与耕作地区的土壤特性有关。並将实际零件与橡胶轮及回转盘磨粒磨损试验机试样的磨损表面进行了对比,已经看到这两种试验机在一定条件下能不同程度地代表土壤磨粒磨损的特性。还观察了经表面耐磨堆焊的零件的磨损特征,发现这种强化处理可使犁铧寿命有明显的提高。
This paper describes the determination of soil conditions in Nanyang, Heilongjiang, northeast, Bayi Farm and Lozuo Farm in Hainan Island. The results of metallographic and scanning electron microscopy observations of plowshares, harrows and soil particles were also described. The results show that the main characteristics of the abrasive particles such as ploughshare, harrow blade and so on are the plastic deformation (plow wrinkle) of the type of abrasion. The depth and characteristics of the plow wrinkle are related to the soil characteristics of the cultivated area. And the actual parts and the rubber wheel and the rotary disc abrasion test machine samples were compared the wear surface, we have seen these two tests under certain conditions to varying degrees, representing the characteristics of soil abrasive wear. Also observed by the wear-resistant surface wear parts wear characteristics and found that this strengthening treatment can make lifespan plow significantly improved.
