无论是按劳分配还是按资分配,都有劳动力价值补偿问题。劳动力价值之所以得不到足额补偿,除了市场经济的内在机制决定外,还由于将劳动力价值的生产过程只看作经济过程。实际上,劳动力的生产及其价值形成是一个社会过程,劳动力价值水平反映人的发展水平,这在工资的国民差异中就可以看到。仅从劳动力价值补偿角度,就要提出收入分配要向劳动收入倾斜。
Whether it is distribution according to work or distribution according to capital, there is a problem of compensation for labor value. The reason why labor’s value can not be fully compensated is that, in addition to the internal mechanism of market economy, the production process of labor’s value is only regarded as economic process. In fact, the production of labor and its value formation is a social process. The level of labor value reflects the level of human development, which can be seen in the national differences in wages. Only from the perspective of compensation for labor force, we must propose income distribution to labor income tilt.
