我国的土木工程建设在某些领域已赶上或超过世界先进水平,高新技术使土木工程这个传统产业焕发出了更大的活力。这是从5月16日在京召开的“九五”期间若干领域科学技术重大进展发布会上得到的信息。这个发布会是科技部与11个国家级学会联合召开的。 改革开放以来,我国的土木工程建设以前所未有的速度和规模发展,成为国民经济的重要支柱之一。特别是“九五”期间,由于众多新材料、新技术、新结构和新工艺的采用,使土木工程科学技术的发展达到了新的高度,一大批土木工程技术达到或超过了世界先进水平。主要表现在:
