用体外组织细胞培养方法,采用相差显微镜、微机光笔图象分析系统等手段测算人牙龈成纤维细胞(HGF)对单独使用纤维结合蛋白(fibronectin,Fn)或枸橼酸以及二者联合处理牙根的附着指数(AI)和定向生长指数(OI)。结果表明:(1)单独使用 Fn 处理牙根组的 AI 和 OI 均高于牙根不作任何处理的对照组(P<0.01);(2)单独使用枸橼酸处理牙根组,仅使 OI 高于对照组(P<0.01);Fn 应用于首先用枸橼酸处理的牙根不仅使 AI 高于对照组(P<0.01),且 OI 高于单独使用 Fn 处理牙根组(P<0.05)。
In vitro tissue culture was used to measure the effect of human gingival fibroblasts (HGF) on the treatment of root by using fibronectin (Fn) alone or citric acid alone, and phase contrast microscopy and computerized light pen image analysis system. Adhesion index (AI) and directional growth index (OI). The results showed that: (1) The AI and OI of Fn group were higher than that of the control group (P <0.01); (2) Citrate alone treated the root group only with OI higher than the control group (P <0.01). The application of Fn to citrate-treated roots not only made AI higher than that of the control group (P <0.01), but also had higher OI than the Fn group (P <0.05).
