创意产业的兴起与发展为创意地产提供了良好的市场前景。本文以上海创意产业聚集区为背景,分析了类BOT模式创意地产的运作模式,探讨了在这一模式下的租金定价方法及其影响因素。
The rise and development of creative industries for the creative real estate provides a good market prospects. Based on the creative industries in Shanghai, this paper analyzes the operation mode of creative real estate with BOT model and discusses the rent pricing method and its influencing factors in this mode.
