目的:采用星点设计-效应面法优化南五味子的提取工艺。方法:以溶剂浓度,溶剂倍数及提取时间为自变量,五味子甲素提取率为因变量对自变量各水平进行多元线性回归和二项式拟合,用效应面法选择最佳提取工艺,进行预测分析,并将预测值与实验值进行比较。结果:二项式拟合复相关系数较高,r为0.9565,最佳提取工艺为62%的乙醇溶液回流提取2次,体积倍数为11.20倍,提取时间为3.00h。提取率预测值与实验值偏差为0.22%。结论:试验值与预测值吻合度高,星点设计-效应面法优化南五味子的提取工艺不仅方法简便,且预测性良好。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction process of S. kansuensis by the method of star point design-response surface method. Methods: Multiple linear regression and binomial fitting were performed on each level of the variables with solvent concentration, solvent multiples and extraction time as independent variables and the extraction rate of Schisandrin A as the dependent variable. The optimal extraction process was selected by response surface methodology Predict the analysis and compare the predicted value with the experimental value. Results: The binomial fitting complex correlation coefficient was high, r was 0.9565, the best extraction process was 62% of the ethanol solution was extracted twice, the volume fold was 11.20 times, the extraction time was 3.00h. The predicted value of extraction rate deviates from the experimental value by 0.22%. Conclusion: The experimental value is in good agreement with the predicted value. The method of star design-response surface method to optimize the extraction of nasturtium is not only simple and predictable.
