巴甫洛夫学说阐明,机体是密切地受着外界条件的影响的,气温是重要的外界条件之一,因此,它就必然会影晌到机体的各种生理生化过程,从而也影晌到机体的营养过程。军队因演习、作战、行军、放哨等而经常生活在野外多变的自然气候中,受自然气候影呐的机会较多;而海军和坦克兵等在军舰及坦克中除了受自然气温的影晌外,还受军舰或坦克的动力设备所产生的热作用的影晌。因此,本文中除简略地涉及寒冷气温的影响外,着重讨论高气温与人体营养的关系。在贝柯夫主编的生理学中指出:人体在低温 Pavlov’s doctrine states that the body is closely influenced by external conditions.
