学习型组织以其内部极强的学习能力和持续的创新能力实现了组织核心竞争力的提升,为组织发展提供了一种全新的模式,因而受到了我国学术界和企业界的广泛关注。文章着重探讨了我国人力资源管理中的学习型组织中的现状和存在的问题,并进一步提出了在我国现阶段情况下企业建立学习型组织的对策。
Learning organization with its strong internal learning ability and continuous innovation ability to achieve the core competitiveness of the organization to enhance the organizational development provides a new model, which has been widespread concern in China’s academic and business community. This article focuses on the status quo and existing problems in the learning organization of human resource management in our country and further puts forward the countermeasures to establish learning organization in the current situation of our country.
