在绘画与设计艺术的实践过程中,思维的产生依赖于对事物的感觉。在理性思维意义上,感觉的目的是探求事物的真实性;在艺术思维意义上,感觉的目标是感悟事物美之所在。艺术表现的选择性,要求艺术家必须对观察的事物进行感觉选择,以达到符合艺术表现要求的感觉。但艺术表现的整体性,却又要求艺术家必需对那些经过感觉选择的个别部分或个别因素,进行由点及面、由此及彼、由局部到整体、由现象到本质的感觉,从而形成全面、系统、整体的艺术感觉。
