目的:对采自中国南海的石珊瑚Tubastraeasp.的化学成分进行研究,从中寻找有生物活性的次生代谢产物。方法:用硅胶柱层析和凝胶柱层析对石珊瑚Tubastraeasp.的乙醚提取物进行分离纯化;根据其化学性质,结合现代波谱技术(MS,NMR等)并与文献报道的化合物数据相比较,对得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:分离得到5个具有aplysinopsin骨架的生物碱类似物,其结构分别鉴定为:2-′de--Nmethylaplysinopsin(1),(Z)-3-′deimino-2′,4-′bis(demethyl)-3-′oxoaplysinopsin(2),(Z)-6-bromo-3-′deimino-2′,4-′bis(demethyl)-3′-oxoaplysinopsin(3),(E)-6-bromo-2-′demethylaplysinopsin(4)及(E)-2-′demethylaplysinopsin(5)。结论:这是对中国Tubastraea属石珊瑚化学成分的首次研究,化合物1,4及5系首次从该属珊瑚中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical composition of the Tubastrae sp. collected from the South China Sea and to search for bioactive secondary metabolites. Methods: The silica extracts of Tubastrae sp. were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and gel column chromatography. According to their chemical properties, combined with modern spectroscopy (MS, NMR, etc.) and compared with the data reported in the literature. The structure of the obtained compound was identified. Results: Five alkaloid analogues with aplysinopsin skeleton were isolated and their structures were identified as: 2-’de--Nmethylaplysinopsin(1),(Z)-3-’deimino-2’,4-’bis(demethyl )-3-’oxoaplysinopsin(2),(Z)-6-bromo-3-’deimino-2’,4-’bis(demethyl)-3’-oxoaplysinopsin(3),(E)-6-bromo- 2-’demethylaplysinopsin(4) and (E)-2-’demethylaplysinopsin(5). Conclusion: This is the first study of the chemical composition of the genus Tubastraea from China. Compounds 1, 4 and 5 were isolated from this coral for the first time.
