根据地方综合性大学的特点,确立外语教师、学生、辅导员三维一体的教学管理模式具有它的可行性。在这个模式中,教师是教学系统稳态的维系力量,学生是外语教学的主体,辅导员对学生外语学习活动起着导向作用。其三者之间是缺一不可的良性互动的辩证关系。
According to the characteristics of local comprehensive universities, it is feasible to establish a three-dimensional teaching management model for foreign language teachers, students and counselors. In this model, the teacher is the maintenance force of the steady state of the teaching system. The student is the main body of the foreign language teaching. The counselor plays a guiding role in the students’ foreign language learning activities. The three are indispensable and benign interactive dialectical relations.
