同工酶在食用菌领域的应用愈来愈广泛,已成为食用菌分类、鉴定及生理研究的重要手段之一。菇类的双核菌丝及子实体已成为较普遍的同工酶研究材料。但对作为食用菌菌丝杂交、原生质体融合、辐射诱变等育种材料的单核菌株的同工酶研究报道尚少。因此,对单核菌株在同工酶等生化指标方面进行探讨研究,将对食用菌的基础研究及菌种选育等工作有一定的理论及实践意义。由于平菇具栽培简单,抗逆性强、产量高等特点,其在食用菌中的重要地位已不可忽视。作为一种四极性异宗结合的担子菌,平菇杂交、融合所用的单核菌株仅能以交配型来区别。本实验试图运用同工酶技术寻找更精确的差异标志,为更方便、更准确地进行以单核菌丝为材料的平菇育种工作提供理论基础.
Isoenzyme in the field of edible fungi more and more widely, has become an important means of edible fungus classification, identification and physiological research. Mushrooms of the double nuclear mycelium and fruiting bodies has become the more common isozyme research materials. However, there are few reports of isozyme studies on mononuclear isolates as edible fungi hybridization, protoplast fusion, radiation mutagenesis and other breeding materials. Therefore, the mononuclear strains in the biochemical indicators such as isozyme to explore the research will edible fungi basic research and breeding and other work have a certain theoretical and practical significance. As a result of mushroom cultivation is simple, strong resistance, high yield, its important position in the edible fungus can not be ignored. As a quadripartite heterozygote basidiomycete, mushroom hybrid, the fusion of single-nuclear strains can only be used to distinguish between mating type. This experiment tried to use isoenzyme technology to find more precise signs of difference, to provide a theoretical basis for the more convenient and accurate breeding of Pleurotus ostreatus with mononuclear mycelium.
