桃核承气汤是仲景先师活血化淤法中的首方,用以治疗“太阳病蓄血证”。笔者近年来运用此方加减,治疗10例外伤性头痛,疗效满意。现报导如下。一、一般资料 10例头痛患者,男性6例,女性4例。年龄最小者4岁,最大者50岁。罹病时间最短者5天,最长者26年。查病因皆有头部外伤史,但受伤形式不一。其 Taohe Chengqi Decoction is the head of the Zhongshi Xianshi’s blood-activating and silt-removing method and is used to treat “sinodisease accumulation certificate”.
