钢板卷材的展平和定长剪切,一般系由开卷校平机和剪板机构成生产流水线。由于开卷机传动机构、大型电动机及卷材本身惯性变化的随机性,给剪切定长的精度控制带来很大困难。为解决这一问题,我厂研制成功了用TP801—Z80型单板计算机控制的开卷、定长剪切自动机。计算机的软件不仅为减小剪切定长误差提供了方便和可能,也使得系统结构大为简化。自动机自1984年10月投产运行,半年多来系统工作可靠,性能稳定,1985年6月1日通过厂级鉴定。
Flattening and fixed-length steel sheet cutting, usually by the unwinding school machine and shears into a production line assembly. Due to the randomness of inertia change of the uncoiler transmission mechanism, large motor and the coil itself, it is very difficult to control the precision of the cutting length. To solve this problem, I successfully developed a plant using the TP801-Z80 single-board computer-controlled open-book, fixed-length cut automaton. Computer software not only provides the convenience and possibility for reducing the error of the fixed length of the cut, but also makes the system structure greatly simplified. Automatic machine put into operation in October 1984, more than six months the system is reliable, stable performance, June 1, 1985 through plant-level appraisal.
