为了探讨甘草叶水浸液对中华鳑鲏和草金鱼耐缺氧能力的影响,笔者将中华鳑鲏、草金鱼分别放在不同剂量的甘草叶水浸液中进行密闭缺氧试验,观察中华鳑鲏和草金鱼的存活时间。结果显示:在17℃~22℃水温下,不同剂量的甘草叶水浸液可延长中华鳑鲏和草金鱼的存活时间,剂量为333.33 mg/L的甘草叶水浸液使中华鳑鲏存活时间极显著提高(P<0.01);499.99 mg/L、583.33 mg/L的甘草叶水浸液使草金鱼存活时间显著提高(P<0.05),416.67 mg/L的甘草叶水浸液使草金鱼存活时间极显著提高(P<0.01)。表明一定剂量的甘草叶水浸液可显著提高中华鳑鲏和草金鱼的耐缺氧能力。
In order to investigate the effect of aqueous extract of Glycyrrhiza leaves on the hypoxia tolerance of Sclater 草 and Scirpus lactiflora, the authors tested the confluent hypoxia test on Chinese 鳑 鲏 and Scirpus mariquej by different concentrations of aqueous extract of licorice leaf.鲏 and grass goldfish survival time.
