介绍离体肠管运动实时检测系统的结构、功能。应用该系统作治则代表方的药理实验,结果显示:(1)系统的应用明显优于曲线的直接量度;(2)新指标的创立能更全面地反映离体肠管的运动状态;(3)健脾益气代表方四君子汤有明显的抗乙酰胆碱作用。
Introduce the structure and function of real-time detection system of isolated intestine movement. The pharmacological experiments using the system as a representative side showed that: (1) the application of the system was significantly better than the direct measurement of the curve; (2) the establishment of a new index could more fully reflect the movement status of isolated bowel; (3) Spleen and Qi represent Fang Sijunzi Decoction has obvious anti-acetylcholine effect.
