采用并列矩形螺旋线圈对不同铝合金薄板进行电磁自由弯曲成形研究。分析了试样中点变形挠度与试样宽度及电磁放电电压的关系,结果表明:试样宽度与矩形螺旋线圈长度比值(当量宽度)为0.55时,试样中点挠度最大,板料塑性变形量最大,电磁成形装备利用率最高,从而得到使用矩形螺旋线圈进行电磁弯曲成形时的最佳板料宽度;采用最佳板料宽度进行不同铝合金板不同放电电压下的电磁自由弯曲成形,试验结果表明,试样中点变形挠度和放电电压呈二次函数关系。
Study on Electromagnetic Free Bend Forming of Different Aluminum Alloy Sheet Using Parallel Rectangle Spiral Coil.
