目的 研究细胞内吞体膜 H+ A T P酶和 Mg2 + A T P酶的活性。方法 在中性环境中,以铈为捕捉剂,用检测对硝基苯磷酸酶(p N P P)方法对 H+ A T P酶进行了细胞化学定位, 用 Ogaw a M ayahara 法对 Mg2+ A T P酶进行细胞化学定位。结果 肝细胞内吞体膜的囊泡侧均有酶活性反应颗粒。结论 提示肝细胞内吞体膜上有多种酶存在,以完成其生理功能
Objective To study the activity of endotrophin membrane H + ATP enzyme and Mg2 + A T P enzyme. Methods Cytochemical localization of H + -ATPase was detected by using p-nitrophenylphosphatase (p-NPP) method with cerium as a capture reagent in a neutral environment. Ogaw a-Mayahara method Mg2 + A T P enzyme for cytochemical localization. Results Hepatocyte endocytosis of the vesicle side of the enzyme-reactive particles. Conclusions suggest that there are many enzymes in liver cell endomembrane in order to complete its physiological function
