利用磁控溅射技术制备CrTiA lN、TiN及类石墨(G raph ite L ike Carbon)硬质镀层,以高速钢为对比,通过摩擦因数及磨损形貌等研究不同镀层与纯铜的干摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,镀层的摩擦因数是决定与纯铜摩擦磨损性能的首要因素,摩擦因数越小,摩擦副之间的磨损性能越好;而与纯铜对磨时,摩擦副的摩擦因数取决于组成摩擦副材料之间的润湿性,材料的润湿性越差,则摩擦因数越低,因此具有减摩耐磨的GLC碳膜是与工业纯铜对磨的最佳镀层。
CrTiAlN, TiN and G raphite L ike Carbon hard coatings were prepared by magnetron sputtering technique. The dry friction and wear of different coatings and pure copper were studied by comparing the friction coefficient and wear morphology with HSS performance. The results show that the friction coefficient of the coating is the primary factor that determines the friction and wear properties of the pure copper. The smaller the friction coefficient, the better the wear performance between the friction pairs. However, the friction coefficient of the friction pair depends on the composition Wetting between the friction materials, the worse the wettability of the material, the lower the friction coefficient, so the GLC carbon film with anti-friction and wear resistance is the best plating layer on industrial pure copper.
