风湿病发病与很多因素有关,我国地区广阔,因此在各地区发病率都有着不同。董殿阶于1960年曾报导了我院内科1954年至1958年五年内住院治疗之“风湿性心脏瓣膜病”,而占其同期收治病人数的2.77％;笔者现将同院儿科于1952年7月至62年12月十年半内收治之儿童风湿病作以统计与分析,希能览视我省鲁西南济宁地区风湿病发病的一般概况,以供同道参考。病例分析一、病发数:风湿病之发病与年龄、性别、气候、季节等都有着重大关系。哈尔滨位于我国东北,气候寒湿,关庆润等于1957年报道哈尔滨医大四年(1950年-1954年)中收治儿童风湿病114例,占其同期儿科住院病人数的2.97％;上海位于我国东南沿海,气候温湿,汪沛于1956年报道上海同济医院六年半(1948年1月-1954年6月)中收治儿童风湿病61例,占其同期儿科收治病人数的1.02％。我院儿科于1952年7月至1962年12月十年半内收治病人中诊为风湿病者102例,占同期收治10936人次的0.93％。除病历丢失者本文以96例统计,故修正后之
