苏府规字[2010]1号吴中、相城、平江、沧浪、金阊区人民政府,苏州工业园区、苏州高新区管委会;市各委办局,各直属单位:《苏州市区农贸市场价格管理办法》已经市政府第32次常务会议审议通过,现予印发,请认真贯彻执行。二○一○年一月八日苏州市区农贸市场价格管理办法第一章总则第一条为进一步加强农贸市场价格管理,充分体现农贸市场的公益性特点,维护农贸市场价格秩序,保护经营者和消费者合法权益,根据国家有关法律、法规,结合我市实际,特制订本办法。
