目的:研究温补脾肾方对甲减大鼠肾脏形态学改变的影响。方法:将30只Wistar大鼠,雌雄各半,随机分成3组,每组10只,即对照组(control)、甲减组(HT)、温补组(WB)。采用他巴唑灌胃给药造成甲减大鼠模型,然后给予温补脾肾方剂治疗4周后处死大鼠,取肾脏组织观察其形态学改变,并对其进行定量分析。结果:与甲减组相比,温补组大鼠肾小球平均面积和平均体积显著增加(P<0.05),肾小球、肾小管基底膜变薄。与对照组无显著性差异。结论:温补脾肾方可逆转甲减肾脏的形态学改变。
Objective: To study the effects of Warming Spleen-invigorating recipe on renal morphological changes in rats with hypothyroidism. Methods: Thirty Wistar rats, male and female, were randomly divided into 3 groups (n = 10), namely control group, hypothyroidism group and WB group. Rats were given hypothyroidism by intragastric administration of methimazole, and then rats were sacrificed after 4 weeks of treatment with the prescription of Wenxu spleen and kidney prescription. The morphological changes of the rats were observed with the kidneys and quantified. Results: Compared with hypothyroidism group, the mean area and average volume of glomeruli of rats in warming group were significantly increased (P <0.05), while the glomerular and tubular basement membrane became thinner. No significant difference with the control group. Conclusion: WBP can reverse the morphological changes of hypothyroidism.
