The “China International Venture Capital Forum” (www.cvcic.corn) co-sponsored by the Ministry of Science and Technology, China Science and Technology Information magazine, Zhongyuan Investment Management Co., Ltd. and Chuanglian will be held in Nanjing, Jinan and Beijing Organized. The forum is divided into three parts: “International M & A”, “Overseas Listing” and “Venture Capital”. The forum will focus on the following topics: How to win the M & A of MNCs, the policy support of M & A in China, and the comparison of the overseas listings of each second board , Hong Kong GEM Listing Requirements, How Entrepreneurship Drives the Economic Growth in Europe and the United States and the Establishment of China’s Venture Capital System
