概括工程机械中应用较为普遍的机械传动系统和静液压传动系统的性能特点,介绍格鲁夫全地面起重机采用的混合动力传动系统,以及徐工重型全地面起重机的双动力传动技术。认为以机械传动与静液压传动系统相结合为基础的混合传动和双动力技术提供了解决全地面起重机动力性能提升的技术方案,是未来全地面起重机动力传动技术的主要发展方向。
This paper summarizes the performance characteristics of mechanical transmission system and hydrostatic transmission system, which are generally used in construction machinery, and introduces the hybrid transmission system used by Grove all-terrain crane and the double-power transmission technology of XCMG heavy all-terrain crane. It is considered that the hybrid transmission and dual-power technology based on the combination of mechanical transmission and hydrostatic transmission system provide a technical solution to improve the dynamic performance of all-terrain cranes and is the main development direction of all-terrain crane power transmission technology in the future.
