本试验利用 EMS、N_2N_3处理稳定品系龙辐81—9837,EMS 处理合交77—153×哈80—3249F_1种子,研究不同诱变剂对蛋白质含量的诱变效果。试验结果表明;0.003~0.005M N_2N_3和0.4%EMS 诱发高蛋白效果好,并得到高蛋白突变体;N_2N_3的诱变效果在 M_2代表现,EMS 的诱变效果在 M_3代表现;诱变使杂交后代的变异范围进一步扩大,杂交后代经诱变与杂交后代本身,在世代间有相似的变异趋势。
In this experiment, EMS and N_2N_3 were used to treat the stable strain Longfu 81-9837 and EMS to deal with 77-153 × H 80-3249F_1 seeds to study the mutagenic effects of different mutagens on the protein content. The results showed that 0.003 ~ 0.005M N_2N_3 and 0.4% EMS induced high protein effect and get high protein mutants; N_2N_3 mutagenesis effect in M_2 generation, EMS mutagenesis effect in M_3 generation; mutagenesis make hybridization The range of variation of the offspring further widened, and the offspring of hybrids mutated and the offspring of hybrids themselves had a similar trend of variation among the generations.
