介绍用化学共沉淀法制备的a-Fe_2O_3粉体为原料,采用厚膜技术制作全膜化a-Fe_2O_3气敏元件的性能及工艺,试验并分析了玻璃添加剂对元件气敏性的影响,讨论了一种可能的气敏机理。
In this paper, a-Fe_2O_3 powder prepared by chemical coprecipitation method is introduced as the raw material. The performance and technology of a-Fe_2O_3 gas sensor made of thick film technology are introduced. The influence of glass additives on gas sensitivity is discussed. A possible gas sensing mechanism.
