近几年,深圳经济特区的经济体制改革措施连连出台,特区的审判工作如何适应形势发展的需要,为改革开放提供优质高效的服务,就成了特区法院亟待解决的新课题。几年来,我们解放思想,勇于探索,使法院工作改革与经济体制改革同步进行,充分发挥审判职能作用,为改革开放服务,为经济建设服务。 In recent years, the economic reform in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone has been promulgated one after another. How the SAR’s adjudication work meets the needs of the development of the situation and the provision of quality and efficient services for the reform and opening up have become new issues that urgently need to be solved in the courts of the SAR. In the past few years, we have emancipated our minds and bravely explored them. We have made the work of court reform in line with the reform of the economic system, gave full play to the role of the judiciary, served for the reform and opening up and served economic construction.
