本文提出了1种基于DeST模拟软件的“典型模拟+修正”方法,此预测方法通过建筑负荷影响因素的敏感性分析对区域建筑进行分类,而后抽取典型建筑作为可以代表区域建筑群负荷分布的典型建筑模型,将区域建筑的负荷预测转化为典型建筑模型进行模拟,同时将非典型建筑模型向典型建筑模型修正后进行模拟。对北京某居住区区域建筑采用“典型模拟+修正”方法进行了冷(热)负荷模拟计算,并将模拟结果与所有单栋建筑逐一模拟的结果进行了比较,验证了此种方法的准确性及可行性。
This paper presents a “typical simulation + correction” method based on DeST simulation software. This prediction method classifies the regional buildings according to the sensitivity analysis of the factors influencing the construction load, and then takes the typical buildings as the load distribution that can represent the regional buildings The typical building model is used to convert the load forecast of regional buildings into a typical building model for simulation. At the same time, the model of a typical building is modified and simulated. The simulation of cold (heat) load was carried out by using the “typical simulation + correction” method for the buildings in a residential area in Beijing.
