目的了解重症监护病房(ICU)病床单元高频接触物表污染状况,探讨荧光标记法用于评价与提高环境清洁质量的可行性。方法 2014年7-10月在ICU使用荧光标记法观察高频接触物表面是否清洁到位,并用ATP生物荧光法检测清洁质量,针对检测结果采取干预措施,改善环境清洁质量。结果干预前ICU环境清洁质量检测结果令人堪忧,清洁后ICU床单元高频接触物表面不到一半的荧光标记被清除,ATP相对发光值严重超标,多达4 650 RLU/cm2,不合格率达61.43%。干预后第3个月92.06%的荧光标记在清洁时被清除,清洁后的物表ATP相对发光值不合格下降到9.52%,与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论荧光标记法不但能快速、简便、客观地对环境清洁质量进行评估,更能很好地提高ICU高频接触物表面的清洁质量。
Objective To understand the status of radioactive contaminant in ICU bed unit and to explore the feasibility of using fluorescent labeling method to evaluate and improve the environmental quality of clean room. Methods From July to October in 2014, the surface of the high frequency contact was cleaned by fluorescent labeling in ICU. The quality of cleaning was detected by ATP biofluorescence. Interventions were taken to improve the quality of environmental cleanliness. Results The quality of ICU environment before intervention was very poor. After cleaning, less than half of the fluorescent labels on the surface of high frequency contact of ICU bed unit were removed, and the relative emission value of ATP was seriously exceeded, reaching as high as 4 650 RLU / cm2. The failure rate Up to 61.43%. At the third month after the intervention, 92.06% of the fluorescent markers were cleared during cleaning, and the ATP relative luminescence value after cleaning failed to decrease to 9.52%, which was significantly different from that before intervention (P <0.05). Conclusion Fluorescent labeling method not only can quickly, easily and objectively assess the quality of environmental cleanliness, but also can improve the cleaning quality of high frequency contact surface of ICU.
