目的:探讨肿瘤M2型丙酮酸激酶(tumor M2pyruvate kinase,TU M2-PK)与神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、细胞角质蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)联合检测对肺癌诊断的临床价值。方法:研究对象分3组,肺癌组、良性肺疾病(BLD)组和正常对照组。用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血浆TU M2-PK,电化学发光免疫分析法(ECLIA)检测血清NSE、CEA、CYFRA21-1,所有数据均由SPSS15.0版统计软件进行分析处理。结果:①肺癌患者TU M2-PK、NSE、CEA、CYFRA21-1浓度和敏感度明显高于肺部良性疾病组和正常对照组(P<0.01);②TU M2-PK、NSE、CYFRA21-1和CEA四项联合检测的灵敏度和准确性高于单项检测(P<0.05)。结论:TU M2-PK联合检测NSE、CEA和CYFRA21-1可提高肺癌检测的敏感性和准确性,是诊断肺癌有价值的组合方法。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the association of tumor M2 pyruvate kinase (TU M2-PK) with neuron-specific enolase (NSE), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and cytokeratin 19 (CYFRA21-1) The clinical value of diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods: The subjects were divided into 3 groups: lung cancer group, benign lung disease (BLD) group and normal control group. Plasma TU M2-PK was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and serum NSE, CEA and CYFRA21-1 were detected by ECLIA. All the data were analyzed by SPSS15.0 statistical software. Results: ①The concentration and sensitivity of TU M2-PK, NSE, CEA and CYFRA21-1 in patients with lung cancer were significantly higher than those in patients with benign lung disease and normal controls (P <0.01); ②TU M2-PK, NSE, CYFRA21-1 and The sensitivity and accuracy of the four CEA tests were higher than those of the single test (P <0.05). Conclusion: TU M2-PK combined detection of NSE, CEA and CYFRA21-1 can improve the sensitivity and accuracy of lung cancer detection and is a valuable combination method for diagnosis of lung cancer.
