酪氨酸激酶是一类具有酪氨酸激酶活性的蛋白质,其异常表达与肿瘤的发生、侵袭、转移以及肿瘤新生血管的生成等密切相关。近年来以酪氨酸激酶抑制剂( TKIs)为代表的靶向治疗已成为抗肿瘤研究的热点。胃癌患者肿瘤组织中多种酪氨酸激酶受体存在不同程度的蛋白表达或基因改变,既往研究发现TKIS在胃癌中显示出有效的抗肿瘤活性。然而,部分患者不能从治疗中获益,为治疗带来困惑。因此,有必要阐明不同靶点TKIs的作用机制,为后续精准医疗提供理论支持。“,”Tyrosine kinase is a kind of protein possessing the activity of tyrosine kinase , and the abnor-mal expression is closely related to the occurrence, invasion, metastasis and angiogenesis of tumors. Recently,targeted therapy represented by the tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs) is a hot research topic of the anti-tumor therapy.Protein expression and genetic changes of multiple tyrosine kinase receptors are found in the tumor tissue of the gastric cancer patients .The previous results have confirmed the anti-tumor effect of the TKIs in the gastric cancer.However,some patients can′t benefit from this treatment, which becomes the main question for the clinical use.Therefore,it′s necessary to clarify the mechanisms of TKIs with different targets so as to provide theoretical support for future precision medical practice .
