外来人口社会保障问题的实质就是国民收入的再次分配。在这一过程中必然会出现各种利益主体,不同的利益主体也有着不一样的利益追求,这一情况也导致了社会保障工作难度的增加。文章现主要针对城市外来人口的社会保障问题进行探析。
The essence of social security for migrants is the redistribution of national income. In this process, various kinds of stakeholders will inevitably appear, and different stakeholders also have different pursuit of interests. This situation also leads to the increase of the difficulty of social security work. The article is mainly aimed at the social security of migrants in urban areas.
