病历摘要患者男,31岁,已婚。间断性头痛1个月,加重伴呕吐7天,左眼闭合不全、口角右歪3天于1996年10月5日转入我院。1个月前,于坐长途公共汽车后出现间断性头部胀痛,伴颅内蚁走感,无发热。7天前头痛加重,呈炸裂样,并伴间断性喷射状呕吐,吐物为胃内容物。急到当地市级医院就诊。
Patient Summary Male, 31, married. Intermittent headache 1 month, aggravated with vomiting for 7 days, left eye closed incomplete, right crooked mouth 3 days in October 5, 1996 into our hospital. A month ago, after sitting in a long-distance bus intermittent headache, with ants feel away, no fever. 7 days ago headache aggravated, was a burst-like, with intermittent jet-like vomiting, spit things for the stomach. Urgent to the local municipal hospital.
