目前,在锅炉行业奥氏体不锈钢与低碳钢的异种钢接头因其优越的性能和易实现性广泛应用于各种场合,焊接工艺已经成熟,但焊接裂纹等缺陷仍时有发生,对接头性能和使用安全性造成了极大的危害,如何在综合情况下确保生产出合格的接头有着重要的现实意义。本文结合公司在制的吊挂管装置上0Cr25Ni20与20#低碳钢管焊接时焊缝出现裂纹的情况,对奥氏体不锈钢与低碳钢的焊材与焊接参数选用进行试验分析,成功解决了此类接头出现裂纹的问题。
At present, the dissimilar steel joints of austenitic stainless steel and mild steel in the boiler industry are widely used in various occasions because of their superior performance and easy realization. The welding process is mature but defects such as weld cracks still occur. Performance and use of safety caused great harm, how to ensure that in the integrated production of qualified joints have important practical significance. In this paper, the company in the system of hanging pipe device 0Cr25Ni20 and 20 # mild steel pipe weld cracking occurs, the austenitic stainless steel and low carbon steel welding consumables and welding parameters used in the test analysis, the successful solution to Cracks in such joints.
