介绍了在高性能蒸养水泥中掺入钢纤维制备出高性能水泥基复合材料的研究结果。研究了水灰比 (W/ C)、砂灰比 (S/ C)、钢纤维掺量对水泥基复合材料性能的影响 ;并用 XRD、SEM分析其微观结构和形貌。试验结果表明 :将钢纤维掺入到高性能蒸养水泥中并采用适当的工艺 ,可制备出抗压强度达 133MPa,抗折强度达 2 4 .5 MPa的高性能水泥基复合材料
This paper introduces the research results of high performance cement-based composites prepared by blending steel fibers into high-performance steam curing cement. The effects of W / C ratio, S / C ratio and steel fiber content on the properties of cementitious composites were studied. The microstructure and morphology of the composites were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The experimental results show that the high performance cement-based composites with compressive strength of 133 MPa and flexural strength of 24.5 MPa can be prepared by incorporating steel fibers into high-performance steam curing cement and adopting appropriate technology
