光纤SPR传感技术具有相比传统检测方法更突出的优点,如质量轻、耐腐蚀、防电磁干扰,在线实时传输等。基于腐蚀环境介质状态变化和光纤SPR传感技术对溶液变化敏感的测量原理,研究了光纤SPR传感技术在腐蚀监测中的应用,构建了光纤SPR腐蚀传感监测系统。实验结果表明,光纤SPR共振光谱信息随着腐蚀环境介质溶液状态变化而变化,建立了金属腐蚀与光纤SPR传感信号之间的定量关系,进而实现了对腐蚀溶液中金属腐蚀状态的监测。
Optical fiber SPR sensing technology has more advantages than the traditional detection methods, such as light weight, corrosion resistance, electromagnetic interference, online real-time transmission. Based on the principle of measuring the change of solution with the change of state of medium and the optical fiber SPR sensing technology, the application of optical fiber SPR sensing technology in corrosion monitoring is researched, and the optical fiber SPR corrosion sensing monitoring system is constructed. The experimental results show that the SPR resonance spectrum changes with the change of solution state in the corrosive environment, and the quantitative relationship between the metal corrosion and the fiber SPR sensing signal is established, and then the metal corrosion status in the etching solution is monitored.
