目的探讨男性生殖道真菌感染病原菌的种类构成及耐药性,为临床治疗提供依据。方法采集2367份男性患者生殖道分泌物立即送检采用法国生物梅里埃公司Vitek2-Compact进行菌种鉴定以及ATB FUNGUS3真菌药敏试剂条进行药敏试验。结果 2 367例男性生殖道炎症患者中,共检出真菌410例,检出率为17.32%,其中白色假丝酵母菌303株,占73.90%;近平滑假丝酵母菌75株,占18.29%;热带假丝酵母菌16株,占3.90%;4种假丝酵母菌对两性霉素B的敏感率为100.00%;白色假丝酵母菌和热带假丝酵母菌对伏立康唑、氟康唑、依曲康唑耐药率分别为1.65%、1.32%、7.59%和12.50%、12.50%、18.75%。结论假丝酵母菌在男性生殖道感染中占有一定比例;菌种以白色假丝酵母菌为主,近平滑假丝酵母菌次之。因为它们对唑类抗真菌药物有不同程度的耐药,所以临床应加强假丝酵母菌的检测和药敏分析,合理选用药物。
Objective To explore the species composition and drug resistance of pathogenic fungi in male genital tract infections and provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods The collection of 2367 male patients with genital tract secretions was immediately inspected using the French biomedical Vitek2-Compact strain identification and ATB FUNGUS3 fungal drug susceptibility test strip for susceptibility testing. Results Among 2 367 male patients with genital tract inflammation, 410 cases of fungi were detected, the detection rate was 17.32%, of which 303 strains were Candida albicans, accounting for 73.90%; 75 strains were Candida parapsilosis, accounting for 18.29% ; 16 strains of Candida tropicalis, accounting for 3.90%; 4 kinds of candida amphotericin B sensitivity was 100.00%; Candida albicans and Candida tropicalis to voriconazole, fluconazole, according to The rates of resistance to itraconazole were 1.65%, 1.32%, 7.59% and 12.50%, 12.50% and 18.75%, respectively. Conclusion Candida albicans occupies a certain proportion of male genital tract infections; Candida albicans is the main strain, followed by Candida parapsilosis. Because of their azole antifungal drugs have varying degrees of resistance, so clinical should strengthen the detection of Candida and drug susceptibility analysis, rational use of drugs.
