利用OM、SEM、TEM等实验方法研究了卷取工艺对一种新型含铜无取向电工钢晶粒度和析出相的影响。结果表明,该电工钢热轧带卷取后的晶粒尺寸为18~24μm,在卷取过程中,热轧带中有一定数量的第二相析出,经EDS能谱及选区电子衍射分析,这些析出相主要为AlN。随着卷取工艺的变化,该电工钢的晶粒度大小变化不明显,析出相的类型、尺寸大小不发生改变,体积分数发生一定的改变。
The effects of coiling process on the grain size and precipitated phase of a new copper-containing non-oriented electrical steel were investigated by means of OM, SEM and TEM. The results show that the grain size of the hot rolled strip is 18 ~ 24μm. During the coiling process, a certain amount of the second phase is precipitated in the hot strip. The EDS spectrum and the selected area electron diffraction analysis, These precipitates are mainly AlN. With the change of coiling process, the grain size of the electrical steel does not change obviously. The type and size of the precipitated phase do not change, and the volume fraction changes to some extent.
