千岁大桥的架设现场为大阪市大正内港。在二期施工阶段,架设该桥上部结构。由于大正内港航运繁忙,在这一阶段里,要想长时间地占用水上区域十分困难。因此,将主桥的拱块与桁块分别在不同的拼装场组装好后,经过海上运输,再利用浮吊整体吊装的方法来完成上部结构的架设。施工中,还对结构的吊装过程进行了全程监控,拱块与桁块段部分采用弯矩连接法连接。介绍千岁大桥主桥拱块、桁块的组装,以及利用浮吊整体吊装来完成上部结构架设的施工过程。
Chitose Bridge erection site for the Osaka Dazheng port. In the second phase of construction, erection of the bridge superstructure. Due to the busy shipping of the Dazheng port, it is very difficult to occupy the water area for a long time at this stage. Therefore, the main bridge arch and truss were assembled in different assembly field, after the sea transport, and then use the floating crane as a whole hoisting method to complete the superstructure erection. During the construction, the process of hoisting the structure was also monitored. The arch and truss sections were connected by bending moment method. This article introduces the assembly of the main bridge arch and truss blocks of the Chitose Bridge and the construction process of the erection of the superstructure using the floating crane as a whole.
